💸 This Isn't "Corruption" — It's Theft

We keep calling it corruption like it's some bureaucratic glitch. It's not. It's theft. Money meant for hospitals ends up in luxury cars. Water infrastructure funds disappear into offshore accounts. Government contracts go to companies that don't even exist.

This isn't a mistake. It's a business model.

🧠 The System Protects Thieves

A politician steals a billion. What happens? The trial takes 10 years. They live like royalty throughout. If convicted — which is rare — they appeal. Some even get pardoned.

Meanwhile, a poor kid steals a phone — arrested, convicted, jailed. We've built a system where the bigger your theft, the safer you are.

🏛️ State Capture Wasn't a Fluke

Zuma's presidency wasn't just messy — it was engineered theft. Intelligence agencies were weaponised. State-owned enterprises became ATMs. Public money flowed to connected elites. The judiciary had to fight just to stay relevant.

And guess what? The people who ran it? They're still here. Still connected. Still making money.

⚖️ Justice Is a Performance

We know who stole what. The names are public. The amounts are documented. So why no convictions?

Courts are overwhelmed. Rich people have unlimited lawyers. Political factions protect their own. Witnesses disappear or stay silent. This isn't justice. It's theatre.

📚 The Cost Is Everywhere

Schools without textbooks. Hospitals without medicine. Water pipes bursting in poor communities. Electricity grids collapsing. Roads falling apart.

Every missing service = money that was stolen. And we still tell poor people to "work harder"? The game is rigged.

🤝 This Should Unite Us

This isn't about race or party. It's about theft. And everyone's been robbed.

But instead of fighting the thieves, we fight each other. That's exactly what they want. Distracted. Divided. Arguing about factions while they keep stealing.

🔧 What Real Accountability Looks Like

Fast-tracked courts for major cases. Mandatory asset seizure. International recovery of stolen funds. Whistleblower protection. Charges for obstruction and evidence tampering.

But none of this is happening. Just statements. Just promises. Just delay.

📢 My Take

Thirty years of democracy. Billions stolen. And we're still debating whether to act.

If nothing changes: infrastructure fails, services collapse, crime rises, young people leave — and eventually, there's nothing left to steal.

We're not heading for collapse because of ideology. We're heading there because theft broke the social contract. Either we get serious about accountability — or we prepare for the fallout.

There is no middle ground.
